The master cleanse diet is also called the lemonade diet and it has been used by many people over the years from all spheres of life with positive results.  For optimal health and weight loss, many celebrities have used this detox diet to keep in tip top shape.  This diet involves spending 10 days taking the required lemonade and doing everything stated in this diet to make the changes needed.  The final step in the detox plan has to do with taking in master cleanse salt water.
