The doctor normally prescribes only for children and therapies for adults are given in very rare condition and sometimes not prescribed as it won’t have any positive effect.  One should note down that HGH not only assists in gaining height but also add the width and weight of a person, which would sometime neutralize the effect of increased height.  But the fact is genetics is the most important and sometimes only element that describes the height of an individual.  A well-balanced diet with proper exercise can also help an individual to grow taller, but this should be properly taken care from the childhood.

In adulthood, all the above components help in preserving the height but not actually help in growing taller.  Finally, proper exercise and a balance diet not only assists in holding back height but also assists in maintaining the whole health of a person.
