Tinnitus is a medical condition where buzzing sound is heard by the patients in one or both of the ears and it may be regular or may be heard at different intervals.  There are two kinds of this health condition: objective or subjective in which an affected person with objective tinnitus and people around them listen buzzing sound and in subjective condition, only the affected person hears sound.  Because of tinnitus, the affected person feels lack of sleep and also has difficulty in focusing in their work.  Here are few natural remedies to cure and treat tinnitus.

People with tinnitus are advised to take minerals such as zinc or magnesium, sometimes herbal remedies such as Ginkgo biloba also help to treat.  Homeopathic remedies, B vitamins, acupuncture treatment, magnetic therapy, sacral therapy, and sometimes hypnosis treatments have also proven to be better treatments.  Another useful home remedy is consuming 300mg of coenzyme every day as this antioxidant is helpful in proper functioning of the immune system and blood circulation of the ears.  Simple home remedy is bayberry bark, goldenseal, burdock root, leaf and flower of hawthorn or myrrh gum purify, which helps in purifying blood and counter act the infection.

Ginkgo biloba is a another better herbal remedy, which assists in bringing down dizziness and reduces tinnitus related to blood circulation to the ears.  Pineapple can be consumed everyday to lower the redness, which will greatly bring down tinnitus and adequate of garlic, sea vegetable and kelp should be added in the diet.  Another good remedy is make a mixture of one tsp of salt with one tsp with glycerin and one pint of warm water and use this mix as a nasal spray bottle to spray until it reaches the back of the pharynx, and use this at least three times a day.  Avoid exposure to very high noise, use ear stoppers when going for any concerts, and use white noise generator during sleeping.

High salt consumption should not be taken, blood pressure level should be supervised at regular intervals, and excitants such as nicotine and caffeine should not be taken.  Bring down fatigue and stress, work out should be done properly, saturated foods and tinned foods should be prevented, and eating lots of dry fruits assists in controlling blood circulation.  Another effective home remedy is taking hot and cold foot baths for treating tinnitus.  Smoking and alcohol should be reduced and food items such as dairy products, sugar, coffee, and tea should not be taken.
