Instead, you will see certain channels that are marked as PPV which stands for Pay Per View.  The term Pay Per View is used precisely, in that you pay for each program that you order.  There are hockey games, UFC fights, television shows and lots of great movies that are not broadcast on regular television.  You can pick and choose and when you find anything you like, click on that channel to select it.

To find a program to order you will need to browse through the Pay Per View channels until you find something you like.  You will see a box pop up that offers details on that program and if you are interested in it you click ok.  It should tell you everything from the title and length of the program to how much it is going to cost you.  You do not need to worry about having a credit card or paying at that time.

Just because you may order a program before it actually begins that does not mean you are going to be able to watch it any sooner.  Any charges incurred for programs you order throughout the month will show on your next bill.  This is why it is important to try and keep track of what you are ordering so that you don’t end up with a huge surprise bill at the end of the month.  There is also a built-in timer you can use for Pay Per View and which can be quite handy.

This timer allows you to order programs in advance.  This saves a great deal of time and hassle in the long run because you can have everything set up and not have to worry about it right before it starts.  There is also a very handy parental control feature you can use to keep the kids out of naughty movies and violent shows.  There is also a parental control feature that is great if you have kids, to make sure they are only watching what you want them to.
