A person may receive 3 cents for visitor clicks on Adsense ads and may be paying 10 cents for Adwords ads.The possible reason for this great difference are the revenue generated from the Adsense is always based on the geographic location of the user, from where the user visited the websites, and the time spend by the visitors on the websites.The Adwords price is also based on the geographic location of the visitors.If the advertisers want cheap Adwords, then using Adwords in less    contending countries is the best idea.
