Breast enlargement procedures are very common these days.Lots of women want to have larger, shapelier breasts and while there is nothing wrong with that it is wrong for women to think that going under the knife is their only option.There is no problem with a woman who wants to make her breasts larger but women do need to know that there are other options they have available to them, besides plastic surgery procedures which can come with risks and complications.It is just important that women realize going under the knife is not their only option if they want to have larger breasts.

There are actually some breast enlargement exercises that have proven to work well.One of the best is the breast massage which is simple and you can even get your partner to do it if you feel comfortable with that.Just make sure you rub your hands together to get them nice and warmed up, then place one on each breast.Looking down onto the breasts from a frontal view, the left hand should be on the left breast and the right hand on the right breast if someone is giving you the massage.

The breast massage should be performed for at least twenty minutes a time and is going to help improve blood circulation.This exercise will not show immediate results but do not let this deter you because it will work if you continue it.It will take time for the breast massage exercise to work, usually about a month before you can actually notice any results.There is also the wall up exercise which can help to increase breast size.

To perform a wall up you need to stand facing a wall, about two feet out from it.Then you need to raise your hands up until they are at chest level and put them on the wall.You should continue to lean forward until your nose is touching the wall, and then use the same muscles to push yourself back out again.If you feel a slight burn in the chest muscles you know you are doing it correctly.

Pectoral push-ups also work well to increase breast size, and these are just like regular push-ups only you use your pectoral muscles rather than your forearm and bicep muscles.Lie down on the floor as though you were about to perform a regular push-up and then keep your arms on the floor as you push yourself up.Start to lift your torso up as though you were doing a regular push up but then you want to keep your forearms and elbows on the floor.You should notice the burn in your chest muscles instead of in your arms and then you know you are doing it right.
