There are those people who have been playing the lottery avidly for years and others who are just now getting started with it.  Regardless of which category you happen to fall into, the most important thing is that you are playing responsibly and using every strategic idea to help improve your chances of winning.  There is a long list of big winners and that includes some that lived in Lincoln, Nebraska.  It was on February 18, 2006 when eight meat plant workers hit it big and divided up $365 million.

This is the largest Powerball prize per ticket to ever be awarded and next was the $340 grand prize won a year before to the West family in Oregon.  Powerball was also the lotto responsible for awarded the third highest of all lottery payouts.  Jack Whittaker was the sole winner in this case and took home $314 million on Christmas Day to be exact.  Following this was the $390 million won through Mega Millions lotto when two ticket holders won the largest Big Game prize.

There are a ton of other payouts from different lotteries that can be included on this list as well.  It’s wonderful to think about how many wonderful things you could do with all that money, and it’s certainly most people’s dream to win big and live the life they always dreamed.  There is actually no one single method that people can use to win big lottery payouts.  Instead it takes a combination of luck and strategic moves.

Something that a lot of people to do increase their chances of winning at the lottery is pool up with a group of their family and friends.  You are putting the odds in your favor as you add more people into the pool.  Power definitely comes in numbers and in this case the more people you have in the pool the better chances there are of one of you having the winning ticket.  While this is going to work to better your odds of winning you do want to keep in mind that if one of you does end up having the winning ticket, the money you’ll be taking home is going to be much less.

Don’t jump into anything before learning all the details.  Often people make the mistake of assuming that all lottery games are the same when this is not the case at all.  You never know you may get lucky and be able to add your own name on to the list of lottery payouts.  It’s easy to get hooked on the lottery and start putting a lot of money towards it but you don’t want to get too carried away.
